Blessed Sacrament Church
This was the first church in the United States to ever be moved, in the year 1911, from one location to another. Though it was only a short distance of 200 feet, the move marked an incredible feat. Today the Gothic Revival church stands as a testament to man's unwavering fortitude.
About the congregation:
We are a family of faith who are joined together in the love of Jesus Christ and all the family of God. We gather in worship and praise, we gather for prayer and song to hear God's Word to be strengthened in the gift of the Eucharist. We are sent into the world, we live in and love, to share with and serve others in Christ's name.
