Evolation Yoga is inspired by a vision of transformation. Intergrating the physical nature of Hatha Yoga with the spiritual aspects of Meditation practice, is our first step.
We incorporate both ancient techniques for strengthening the body and quieting the mind into a universally accessible system.
Evolation Yoga is founded by a group of Yoga teachers who have been personally inspired and trained by Bikram Choudhury, one of the pre-eminent Hatha Yoga Masters living today.
As a collective we are advocates for all Hatha Yoga teachers in our lineage to deepen our own Yoga experience, by learning and teaching the basic Meditation techniques taught by Paramhansa Yogananda.
Yogananda brought to the West the path of Self-Realization. Our mission is to create a new path of our own with these two powerful influences so we can evolve awareness into the more expansive realms of yoga.
