Lisa Taylor Academy of Ballet & Dance Arts specializes in dance education for beginners through advanced students ages 3 to adult. Class sizes are limited to ensure individual attention and age appropriate development. Lisa Taylor has over 25 years experience teaching and is internationally certified through the Cecchetti Council of America.
he Academy offers classes designed to meet the needs of students and dancers at all stages of development. Creative Movement, for ages 3-4, allows very young children to develop joy in movement and appreciation for classical dance through creative expression with classical music. Pre-Ballet, for ages 5-7, presents the rudiments of classical training in a format, which encourages spontaneous, free-expression. Technique for Classical Ballet, ages 8 to adults, places the emphasis on a strong, technically correct foundation, while encouraging the development of quality of movement and artistry.
