The Bubble Man
Ever wonder, when walking past the corner of Allen and Elmwood, where all of the soapy bubbles are coming from? The Bubble Man of course! His name is Chuck and he sits high atop Jim's Steakout with a bubble wand and an electric fan.
At various times during the day, 365 days a year, seven days a week, Chuck sits up in the window unleashing thousands of bubbles upon unsuspecting passersby. Occasionally he comes down to street level to grab a cup of coffee from Cafe Taza where the manager has a tip jar set up for him. Throw a dollar inside so he can buy more bubbles!
After fueling up with coffee, The Bubble Man heads back to his window to continue spreading joyous bubbles around Allentown.
