Committed to excellence in both service and cuisine, Torches restaurant is owned and operated by brothers, Chefs JJ and Kevin Richert. After attending the Culinary Institute of America and cooking in the kitchens of some of Buffalo's finest restaurants, the Richerts along with JJ's wife Cindy, a talented pastry chef in her own right, opened Torches as a way to showcase their own eclectic take on contemporary cuisine.
