591 Delaware Office Building
This beautiful Delaware Avenue office building, formerly Clarence L. Bryant House, almost fell prey to the wrecking ball. It was really close. That's because there was a massive fire that ravaged through the building leaving nothing but walls and a facade. TRM Architect cleared everything away except for the facade and started from scratch. Today we have a 100% modern functional office building complete with a historic look and feel. From TRM:
