The long-derelict corner of Main Street and Ferry will soon be transformed into a multi million dollar conversion and addition. The three-storey brick building at the corner will be rehabbed while a second new build will go up alongside.
The project will be mixed use - Housing Opportunities Made Equal's primary local offices will be located inside as will a small number of affordable homes.
