Erie Basin Marina Proposed Mixed Use Development
Concept:
There is a plot of land right next to Templeton Landing that has been a point of contention amongst developers. There have been a couple of developers in particular, namely Ciminelli (design seen here) and James Pitts.
The eventual plan will be to design a mixed use building, including hotel rooms, and hopefully storefronts and loft apartments/condos. Situated at Erie Basin Marina, close to marina, Waterline Cafe, The Hatch, Emerald Beach and the Inner Harbor. A second design submitted by James Pitts is the second image shown.
