Developer Chris Jacobs is at it again with another architectural save on Main Street. After rebuilding much of the 700 block, Chris is moving his sites further into the downtown core with this recent purchase.
The commercial spaces on both the first and second florr are already spoken for. The Daily Post and 3rd Learning Systems will occupy the crux of the project - residential lofts will be built in the back.
