Waterfront Village Public Bike Path
Here you will find the bike path that will take you from LaSalle Park to the Erie Basin Marina. It's actually one of the nicer trails in the city, albeit short. It's a crucial connection point along the waterfront that winds behind the privately owned Waterfront Village condos.
Unfortunately there is no public waterfront access along this stretch - a terrible decision made long ago by shortsighted politicians. Regardless, if it were not for this trail, joggers and cyclists would be stuck. Not far from this trail marker is the Waterline Cafe (search Navigetter) - a fantastic spot for breakfast or lunch that's also on the bike path.
