Commercial Slip Boat Docking Rates
If you're a boater and you're wondering where a good place to tie up at the Inner Harbor is, then look no further. There is a floating dock system at the foot of the Commercial Slip boardwalk. That is where many transient motor and sailboats have been stationed for an hour, for a day, or even overnight.
The Commercial Slip is open around the clock seven days a week. There is an ADA access ramp leading from the water to the boardwalk, and depending on the day, events can range from harbor concerts to group yoga sessions.
Boat tie up rates at the Commercial Slip are $1 per foot (for 24-hours).
"Through a contract with Buffalo Place Inc., Brand-On Services, Inc. maintains management of the harbors transient boating facilities and also monitors waterside activities.
